Delete Account
RadarFish — Data & Privacy
Option 1: Delete from the app
- Open RadarFish and log in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm your password (or Google authentication) and accept the confirmation.
- Your account and all your data will be deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request by email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to:
soporte@getradarfish.comInclude in the email: the app name (RadarFish), the email address associated with your account, and the reason for the request. We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days.
What data is deleted?
- User profile (name, email, photo)
- Catch history and attached photos
- Favourite zones and configured alerts
- Device token for notifications
- Premium subscription data
Billing records may be retained for the legally required period (up to 7 years) under Spanish tax law.
